Assistance services during stopovers
- On-call reception service: you can contact our teams 7 days a week for help in preparing your flights.
- Operational support: welcoming passengers and crew, guidance of planes through traffic areas, plane parking, baggage processing, handling of specific requests (see below Our extra services).
- Payment facilities: just one invoice for all handling services with several means of payment accepted (debit card, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Total Card, cash);
- Refueling: AVGAS 100LL and JET A1
- On-board services*: Le Vol au Vent, service-provider based on the platform providing varied catering services and business menus, as well as specific services including regional specialities.
The "Plus" services
- Coach parking : free coach park with 450 places.
- Airport Apron : parking for planes close by the terminal.
- Le Vol au Vent: snack bar in the airport terminal retail area.
- Meeting room: 1 meeting room with a capacity for around 20 people. For all your requests, don't hesitate to contact the airport.
- Reservations*: hotels, taxis, rental cars and limousines.
- VIP welcome: airport staff on hand to welcome you to the airport.
* PLEASE NOTE: Given the time required to process on-board catering orders and to be able to meet the needs of our clients, requests must reach us at least 48 hours before the client's arrival at the airport
